What do I need off a JDM Front Clip, to make my Climate Control work?

What do I need off a JDM Front Clip, to make my Climate Control work?
I know a guy with a basically complete RHD Front Clip (he has all the sensors wiring harness and blower box) has anyone made the JDM Climate Control COMPLETELY work in a USDM car, if so could you list th eparts I need.
