si head ?

Default si head ?

i bought an 90 honda civic dx for $200 and i was thinking about putting an si head on it and use the si ecu for ***** and giggles just something for a daily driver. will this work if not tell me what i have to do.

Hate to break it to you but the SI head and the DX head are the SAME except for the camshaft.

You could, but what you should do first is switch over the fuel system to MPFI and then come back to me

Do a search for DPFI to MPFI online and in Hondatech. A DX civic has a fuel system that uses two injectors as opposed to the four that an SI uses. The swap requires some time and knowledge but I think its one of the easiest and best to get you into what hondas are all about.

lol. Take this advice: wait and read around. You'll learn much more by looking (reading) than actually trying something you know nothing about.
