Default need help diagnosing vtec sputter

to begin with heres my setup, race-ported alaniz b16 head on a 94 jdm gsr block which is stock, itr headers, ctr cams, intake advanced 2 degrees, everything else including timing is stock, im running a obd1 jdm p72, fpr set at 48psi

heres my problem: laetly my check engine light has been turning on, but only when im in vtec or puching on the gas WOT for long periods of time, like just sruising on the freeway it'll eventually turn on after like 10 minutes of driving, after that the car runs like ****, i though it was the O2 sensor but why does my powerband keep fluctuating i'll be driving normal but between 3-5 thousand rpms the motor feels like its hesitating, im thinking it might be my ignition since the motor starts up kind of groggy not like my homies si where it just starts up all quick, i have a new battery, i already replace my ignitor coil in the dizzy like 6 months ago, maybe it went bad again, im planning to go with a external coil.

but this started happening recently, my oil light turns on now and then but only when im turning, vtec doesnt kick in until i let off and gas it again, another time i was gunning it then the check engine ligt came on and vtec sputtered and started running like ****, i let off immediatly. my oil levels seem fine, could my vtec seloniod be goinf bad? the car sounds like its misfiring sometimes as well, but only when the check engine light is on

i really need some opinions, thanks

It should be up under the dash on the passenger side.

If your light is coming on and everything is ok level wise, it sounds like you have something clogging your oil pickup.
