biggest exuast size i can go with a n/a h22s with equal length header?

If you are NA, then no reason to go over 2.5" and that would be good for a built motor. If you are staying stock internals, 2.25" IMO.

Honda motors dont create enough exhaust volume to warrent using bigger pipes. When you do this you get into issued with loss of flow velocity and all that jazz. So it in effect hurts you. With a turbo, the same issues dont really matter cause everything important has already happend going though the turbine and you dont want any back pressure if you can help it after the turbine. So its a different can of beans.

Think of your exhaust and intake as a straw. Go find different size straws. Now try to suck in and blow out air. I think you'll find your answer there.
