I already have a 90 dx (hatch) but i have a freind of mine that has a 91 dx that the tranny just went out in he wants like 900$ for it and it has some pretty shitty body work and its slammed on some 17's. should i do it or tell hime to keep it ?? (everything is stock besides what i mentioned before.

If you are going to replace the tranny maybe consider it, if you are having a shop do it then I would just pass on the deal. It isnt like a DX is that hard to find, personally it better be in damn good shape and already mpfi for me to consider paying 900 for a dx with a bad tranny. Civics are a dime a dozen, just keep your eyes open and you will find a sweet deal.

 

900? does the AC work? DX trans are cheep as ****. 900 isnt that bad, but with a shity body? IDK.
