Default B16 buddy club head work

Ok so I have a lil head work on the way and was wondering what should I expect to put down on the dyno? The set up will consist of:

CAI
Greddy header
Resonated test pipe
Greddy evo
Buddy club spec 3+ cams
Buddy club cam gears
omni power springs and retainers
Aebs intake manifold
obd 1 computer running crome for full tunning capailites
Fuel pressure regulator

My questions are as follows:
What should I expect from this set up? I was hopping in the 175 area??
Where should the redline be set at with these cams?
Where should the vtec be set at?
Where should the fuel pressure be set at?

Now I know these questions will be answered with "you must dyno to find out" I know this, but I want to have a reference point so I can start from there and play with it, this is especially important with the cam gears setting. Any particular settings I should have them?

Honestly I don't know if I would raise my rev limiter or not with the 3+'s. They are a good cam, but they peak very very low, and in a B16 that is not a good thing. To get the potential out of a B16 you need to be considering top end horsepower, meaning 8k and above. You MIGHT reach your goal, but in order to really maximize your .6 you need to throw compression and duration at it....and a different cam than the BC3+. Good luck man.....
