timing belt upgrade

Default timing belt upgrade

if i go with buddy club b-series adj cam gears should i also upgrade timing belt or is it safe to stay oem. this is my daily driver and will be for awhile so i need it to be very reliable. thanks

powerenterprice belts are now around $100, well worth it over oem imo.

Stay with the OEM Honda Belt.

I have used the Toda belt on 3 different motors. They are stronger then stock. The problem that I have seen is on all three motors the belt didnt last past 20k miles.
My OEM had 85k and look great. So after two heads with bent valves I went back to OEM. The other motor, I pulled the belt and the ribs were cracking.


If you are building a full race motor but replace it often.
Street driven stay with the OEM belt.
