Gates Racing Timing Belt
Any one heard of or used one of these belts, I was wondering if it was worth it to get a new oem or a greddy belt and i came upon this

that's reassuring, im gonna go with an oem timing belt and tensioner from hondapartsunlimted. $103 shipped. thanks

In fact, I recommend honda oem for gaskets, water and oil pump, and seals. You just can't go wrong with them.

Yeah, def a big difference in your typical autozone stuff vs. oem.
Gates is one of several manufacturers of oem honda belts. Most sohc belts from what I have seen.

yeah, i used to work at autozone and their goodyear timing belts are crap. I seen http://www.rockauto.com selling gates timing belts and has (oem) after the listing. But like i said, $103 shipped for oem timing belt and tensioner from http://www.hondapartsunlimited.com looks like my best option. thanks guys

stock or racing series? I use gaterback (gates) drive belts and they seem to be good quality, been about 2 years now and 30k miles, still no cracks.
