Hey all, I figure most of u guys have dumped ur stock mufflers for something aftermarket, well if u still have the old exhaust system sitting around and want to get rid of it, I am in the market, please pm me
I am replacing one from a 97 accord se, I have been searching everywhere on this website and seem to come up empty handed, so if u guys run into anyone selling the stock system please let me know
I would be interested in either the whole cat to muffler system or just the last section of piping with muffler connected. thanks all

 

first off, this belongs in the classifieds at the top, secondly, you might try ebay or a junk yard. you could atleast get a muffler or a stock cat

 

GL with your search I would search for some accords being parted out, try ebay and try http://www.accordinglydone.com for another accord specific forum.

Junkyard you might find some stuff but typically 97's aren't in there yet; but it's worth a shot.

Drive up to gainesville, and come get mine, free of charge! Muffler is a little beat up. It's alll stock though. It's just laying in the dirt next to my house, I'd love to get rid of it and see it put to use rather than trashing it.

 

dennis im in winter park, id like to possibly pick that muffler off you, gonna mock it up and run a 3" turndown right before it

you can have mine, but the flanges are totally bent out of whack, and the muffler has a quarter size hole

 

I am going to check out the car tomorrow, I think I might need just the last section of pipe and muffler. THanks for all the heads up, I would possibly be up for next weekend going up there to get that muffler, I will post back up after I check out the car,
