combo switch, same sheet happened to mine, high beams work but not the low beams, could be your relays also, but my geuss is the combo switch

How do i fix it? my switch for my windshield wipers is also busted to hell, i might as well replace both of them at the same time, is it easy to replace? i have no idea how to do it lol.
