Hey, I just bought my 91_DX yesterday
I paid 1700. it has a leak in the radiator, and needs a new muffler. it has 137K miles on it. lemme know what you think.
im gonna get a radiator asap.

haha i bought my CRX for 950$. Everything is good and clean. -=D all stock, no rust. Came with AC and all that good stuff. -=D only 112K on it.

I just bought a 89 4-door with just a tiny rust spot from a lady who bought it new 16 years ago for $200 runs like a top. But back on topic I like that CRX good color
Run's all right. Theres a bit of feedback in the wheel on the highway. AgentJam said i should check out the ball joints among other things. My first car without power steering... no base for comparison

Checking the ball joints/tie rods and bushings is def a good idea...it could also be as simple as the front tires being off balance. You said the tires looked like they were beginning to dry rot from sitting so long.
A good test would be to swap the front and rear wheels after a drive and see if anything changes, ie what speeds the wobble starts/stops, if the amplitude changes, if the car pulls to one side or the other. This kind of stuff will help diagnose the problem.
