Default Dyno: 228.6HP and 175lb.ft. at the wheels with an N/A H22a

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=122752

This is an H22a bored and stroked to 2.57l in an Accord.

Courtesy of HX_Guy on h - t.com:
"Its a bore[d] and stroked H22 (2.57L), 12:1 compression, WEB cams, ported head, and GSR ECU w/VAFC"

228.6HP
175lb.ft
At the wheels!

That's just about what people are making with a well-tuned JRSC on an H22a...

Like I said. I hope you guys realize the potential of my motor before it canned itself.

My H22A: more than he had with the exception of stroking. (Which supposedly ruin the R/S ratio)

His: still with weak cams supposedly. I can't imagine when he sets that motor free to breathe with a real set.

I live in Tucson and I was just up a streetflight on wed. I take it to the track all of the time. I am going tonight. I hope to run a 12 something. Quite a streach but I am goint to remove my passenger/rear seat instead of the full interior. Still have ac and crap on the car for now.

Very impressive! The plot looks very smooth. Congrats!

Some random questions for you:
Where did you get the engine work done?
What did you bore the cylinders to?
How did you stroke the motor? Custom build crank?
Is the GSR ECU you are using reprogrammed with "H22a" maps? Or is it still using stock GSR maps modified with the V-AFC?

Thanks Big James The fastest I have gone is 13.48 @ 99.17 (I actually let off right at the end of the track because I thought my cf hood was not latched.
I followed it up with a 13.53 at 101.53. After tuning I expect to see this time drop. I was planning to take the car to Firebird or speedworld to hit 12's for sure. (elevation drop) Check out my website for specifics on the car under members rides. I did all the work myself. The gsr ECU is stock.

So what other mods you got? Besides the boring and stroke? VTEC looks to be engaging kinda early.
