Japanese Licence Plate questions.
Hey,
I got some Japanese licence plates yesterday from Okinawa Japan. I have a few questions about them. I have 2 single plates that are white with the green lettering and a pair of yellow plates with black lettering. I was wondering if anyone knows what the signifigance the yellow plates are over the normal ones? Any help would be greatly appriciated.
