Default EG fog Retro lowered labor cost!!!! Bauley approved.

Ok guys i just wanted to show you what was up with the foglight retro. but no one on honda tech has bought one. so i thought i would show everyone whats up with the foglight retrofit.

Improves over the Depo/stock foglights. sets your EG apart from all the other EG's out there..

New Price for everyone $325.. must include your EG foglights. and shipping back to you.

I used to charge
Labor $200 for 15 hours labor
IS 300 foglights $225.

IS300 Foglights retro'd onto Eg brackets mounts up like it was from the factory
Note these are using factory 35w bulbs. im gonna experiment with some high wattage bulbs for different results.

30 ft away wall shot.

are these foglights or driving lights?the upper cutoff seems very gradual, almost nonexistent.the OEM foglights have a very sharp cutoff.these aren't useful as foglights(or for looks for that matter)if they blind oncoming drivers.

amazingly bright lights! however, the price is also incredible...10% of the car's value, almost!

again, i don't doubt that the lights are beneficial and that you're competent. i just question the need for something so expensive and easily stolen such as foglights.

Your pictures are crooked.

For this price i might as well go out and get the real one for a bit more. Or do it myself. I'm just lazy so i won't.

i agree.i admire your determination to adapt these lights, but i can't see your price to do it for somebody.you're not making a product,or offering a service that anybody else can't do.make a bracket to adapt the new light to the old bezel/mount-not really a big deal.maybe yours is really elaborate, but if so,why not mod the bezel too so you can't see the workings behind it?honestly,if i saw this on a car,not knowing what it was i'd think "wow, mount the totally wrong light behind the stock bezel, and don't even hide the fact that it doesn't fit well at all."
you're talking about spending $100 on a set of knockoff foglights,$225 for the IS lights, and $200 for your labor.that's $525 for some foglights that look like the stock yellow foglights, only there's a gap around the light and bezel.my foglights work wonderfully-they're not meant to emit a pattern you can drive by with no headlights.in the proper situation(fog or rain)mine work really well......for $100.
Labor $200 for 15 hours labor
IS 300 foglights $225.
i don't think you need to prove yourself to anybody-what you're doing seems to do what it's supposed to do.i just don't think anybody can justify the kind of money you're talking about.

Thats totally understandable.. Its all on preference.. But you may think that is a outrageous price.

IMO its worth it.
# 1 this is not common
# 2 why pay $400 for some JDM fogs just so they can be like thousands of other people who have the identical thing done.. Just to be JDM..
# 3 it puts out alot more light compared to the stock foglights.

ive on done a couple im sure once i get ahold of it. ill knock it down in nearly half. i do alot of test and fit to be sure its correctly angled and centered as much as possible.

Im a perfectionist when it comes to my lighting fabrication. But I just got a better idea.

For everyone. $100 labor. But i only have 1 set left so i will have to order more.!
