Default noise in head after t-belt change, can someone help

I droped my 1995 honda accord EX (2.2 vtec, 5speed) at the mechanic..strauss auto to do a t-belt change and when i picked it up the was so much freaking noise in the head.. i lfet it there and told them to fix ti cause it was not making that noise when i brought it it... it just sounds like a loud knocking in the top.. my first guess was timing was off and those were my valves hitting the piston.. second guess what no oil pressure.. can someone give me a heads up on what these guys could have done and what the noise could be?
desperate for help here

Hmm, I'm not positive but I think I did read that it will run if you're off by one cog. Is it vibrating real bad, in that case it would be the balance shafts? Definitely get what you freaking paid for!

if they replaced a cam seal they could have forgot to tighten cam pulley bolt.....mmm as for no oil pressure i wonder if the bal belt slipped off and oil pump not spinning ,,,i would have them remove t-belt covers and double chk their work ,,,,was this a dealer or some mickey mouse mechanic ??

Knocking not ticking? If it sounds ticking, check valve clearance.
