Heres the situation. My car has been running EXTREMELY rich lately. Its fine when im cruising around at part throttle...but as soon as i hit the gas it goes rich. And i mean massive black clouds similar to a locomotive, rich. As of right now i have NOTHING to tune the fuel with...not even an fpr. Then only code my car is throwing is the IACV because the S2 IM doesnt have a provision for the FITV.
Heres the complete engine setup:
92 b18a
Rebuilt with all new Honda bearings and seals around 9k miles ago
New water and Oil pumps from Honda
New OEM timing belt
Arp head studs
Exospeed LS909 cams
Skunk2 IM
NGK plugs
MSD wires
Custom 3inch SR intake
Chikara Headers with a massive dent( )
Shitty exhaust
I think that i skipped a tooth on my exhaust cam. Could the fact that its now insnely retarded(the cam not the car ) be causing it to run so rich? I was thinking that the unburnt fuel isnt getting out of the cc in time at higher rpms and is mixing with the newly injected fuel and causing the rich condition. That could me totally wrong but it makes sense in my crazy head.
Its driving me crazy because i can tell that theres more power there...but all the fuel its dumping is killing it all. It feels really choked up from around 3500rpms and up if im at WOT. Help me out people...this is really starting to **** me off
I posted this in the All Motor forum but i havent had any responses. If this double post is a no-no then please delete mods. Thanks in advance for all the help

Ive known for quite some time now. It was hard to tell at first because my valve seals are also fucked
. So i had 2 different smoking issues at once

Its obd1...but i dont see how that really matters all that much seeing as they have the same basic fuel system.

One last time before i give up...BUMP!
Whats happened to the days when technical discussions and troubleshooting were the biggest part of HT? Now its going more towards appearance and anything else non-technical...especially in the crx/ef forum.
Sorry about the rant...but its been getting to me lately. Especially when i see a post where someone has an actual TECHNICAL problem and nobody has responded. Then ill see a post about visors or jdm paint or "how much is this worth" or "should i get it" and they all have 2342342 responses. I guess im just old school...

your fuel injectors might be dirty cuz when they are dirty they just spitting out, they dont' spray out right.
also check your 02 sensor.
also check your 02 sensor.
Have u checked the timing belt to be sure it is not off? ALso I have only seen the iacv code if there is something worng with the iacv or it is not plugged in. You should not get a code for it just because you do not have the fitv
