You know you're an Autocross addict when...
Freshly stolen from Houston list..
You try to hit the apex even when walking
You turn onto a street in your neighborhood and the person sitting in the opposite lane is bracing himself for impact
You look for tire bargains even though you have full tread on both the set on your car and the ones in your garage
You wake up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat because you were having a nightmare about missing an event
Your daily web surfing involves 10 visits to conecrazy, even when you’re on a tight deadline
You’re mad that the new Gran Turismo game doesn’t let you create your own autocross course (Drew)
You try to have lunch with people who autocross, as much as possible since they understand your desire to eat, breathe and live autocross
When you’re bored at work, you make up lists like this one
Weekends that there are no events near by, you change your tires for no particular reason
You swerve around a piece of cardboard on the freeway at 90 miles an hour just because you can
You get excited any time you come across a long sweeping freeway offramp with no traffic ahead of you
DLBRacing’s entry list page is one of your bookmarks
You’re tired of hearing where everyone thinks the Evo’s and Sti’s should be classed
Sorry folks, I'm bored today. Confused

...When you drive 4 hrs. to drive 4 minutes in second gear; 6 minutes if you pay $5 extra for two fun runs!
It's totally worth it though coming from someone who at the age of seven used to time my remote control cars around homemade tracks with an Ironman stopwatch.

I've done that a lot... and notice I walk a different line going east vs. west along a particularly curvy sidewalk. That still pisses me off, at walking speed it should be the same line.
