Anyone know where this guy has been lately? Over a month ago he ordered a lot of stainless steel flanges, and one of them was for "T3/T4" flanges so i figured he was talking about my combo flanges that support both.

After recieving all his flanges he tells me those are wrong. SO, he tells me he will be sending them back, the same day i send replacement T3 flanges in stainless steel.

I shipped the T3 flanges... never got the t3/t4 back... now its been weeks that ive tried to contact him and he wont respond.

Hopefully this post will get his attention and convince him to stop hiding and grow some testies.

 

im sure he just got really busy with his real job, you know, just been working alot, plus the fact i have heard most of his stuff is big huge orders, so he probably just over looked sending back the flanges.

Damn guys. You guys gotta chill out. The guy has seen the wrong in his ways and is trying to recify and do everything right going forward. This guy isn't a scammer or anything, he's never taken money and haven't sent product albeit it might have taken longer.

Bottom line stop ragging on this guy. He's doing his best to continue his business.

 

He's a liar. Says a part will be there in x amount of time and he hasn't even started on it by then. Makes up excuse after excuse and then finally has to give customers their money back because he didn't do jack ****.

At our shop if something isn't going to be finished by the date that we say, we communicate with the customer and let them know what's going on (before the due date ). It's called customer service.

I hate to say the Pot is calling the Kettle black...But you and your good friend 10-94 Mike Arafat did the same **** last year. I know you left him or whatever but it was the same bullshit, yet he just jacked everyone's money and disappeared.

At the shop I work for now, when people call up asking for Hondata tuning I give them your number since we mostly tune BMW and GM vehicles.
