ZC Head Stud Torque.

I figured this would be the best place to ask about a DOHC ZC so, i pulled out the cams, and its time to put them back in, i need to know up to what to tighten them, and same thing for the valve cover, i always brake the gasket

.

Any help would be apreciated, i tried searching but "ZC" is to short to include in the query.

I believe the cam cap bolt are 9 inch-lbs, very little. Valve cover, hand tight.

camshaft caps - 9 ft lb
valve cover - 7 ft lb
