Is there any way to excess the bolts on the inside of the frame

ok, this might sound rude as hell, but i don't mean it that way. do you mean access?

if so, i don't believe you can get right at them, you would probalby have to cut a hole out behind them.

did they rust and bust off? if so, i'm sorry.

i don't really get what you're trying to do, i mean, theres the bolts for the rear upper control arm, when you tried to loosen them, do they just spin or something?

I dont think you can get to them without cutting, but you could take of the rear paneling just to make sure. Hopefully, its the bolt that's damaged, and not the welded-on nut. Have you tried a pry-bar?

Get a large channel lock pliers. Squeeze the hell out of the upper CA and the spindle (like your trying to secure the two with the channel lock.) Then impact the nut off. This happens to me all the time. I work on the U of M campus and I deal with old crappy control arms all the time. Just squeeze and smack, squeeze and smack.
