i was coming down the highway, doing about 65-70.. keeping it slow.. and all of a sudden i smell gas, like not just.. gas. but it smelled like a ******* gas station..

so i try to make it another mile.. and my car just basically dies.. it starts sputtering, the rpms got lower, i downshifted, pushed the gas a little, and nothing.. just basically ran out of gas.. so i pulled it to the side, got out, looked.. and theres a gas trail for probably along while. lol

what could it be?

the motor is a jdm b16a.

 

a hole in your gas tank. a lose fuel line. dissconnected fuel line... little more info bro look around you're car and tell what you see... look for a puddle of gas or where its dripping from rear /engine bay... that will help us help you

 

Well, I had a mad fuel leak after I installed my intake manifold and found it to be my fuel injector O-rings. If you didnt touch anything, it could be anywhere. You should get out and smell to see where the source of the fuel leak is.

 

okay i finally got the car towed home, the little green ring on the far right injector is damaged. and the right side of my fuel rail moves.. whats that little green piece called? and is that the only thing i need to fix it?

problem fixed, god only knows what happend but it cost 2.50 for the little ring that goes on the top of the injector
