Default h22 vs h22s

ok i am new to h series, new to hydraulic trannys, new to del sol's. ive been searching alot but why go with the h22s over the h22? 20 more hp but 1400 more expensive? ok another question if you were to put a h22 in a RHD del sol...would the gears be fukd up? cause the 1-5 and reverse are switched with the sir right?
