Is there such a thing as OBD-0 head?
I'm helping my brother out on the his z6 head swap on his D15B2 and said on his head by the dizzy it said OBD0. Is this also a ID on the head besides the P08??
No, OBD0 refers to the level of ecu the car is equipped with. You have heard of OBD2 from 96 and up. And you've probably heard of OBD1, from 92-95. Well OBD0 refers to the ecus from 88-91. It's not a real designation from the head, it's a term used to describe the car it came from and the sensors and features that head might have.
Next time, maybe ask your brother. He seems like he might know what he's talking about. Don't be afraid to learn.

no, he's actually learning..I havent really worked on honda's as to getting specif..but what he did was take off the original head & IM and didnt bother to label vacuums or plugs & now I'm the 1 trying to figure it out for him. By the way the P08 head was supposely take off a 95 Ex so why would it be stamped with OBD-0????
It won't be stamped OBD anything, it's just used to describe it. If it came from a 95, it's OBD1. But that just refers to the year it came from, there's nothing on the head that says OBD1 or OBD0 or anything.
Thats what I thought b/c I havent heard of that. Another question..Its a D15B2/Z6 Head/Y8 mani with a B18 T/B. What vacuum diagram should I use? Should it be (89-91 Si, 92-95 Ex or 96-00 Ex) Let me know please. Thanks for your replies.
