should i invest in some camshafts...
Well, the thing is that my cousin is willing to sell me some stage 1 skunk2 camshafts with springs and retainers for $500. I know that i'll definitely feel the difference in power, but i'm kinda worried if it would be dumb since i'm planning on going turbo in about a year. I just want some opinions on whether it would be better to wait, or do it since it's a pretty good deal? (BTW they're for a b16)
It should work out perfectly fine. On a Honda motor having a slightly more aggressive cam isn't a bad thing in alot of cases. It's probably better that you ask this in the FI forum though since there are some really knowledgable folks in there.
it would be fine to run the s2s1 with turbo. people say the s2s1 is somewhat close to a itr/ctr cams and many people run those cams for turbo. go for it.
