at first i thought it was my valves. so i did a mini me and even now after 20 mins of driving i start to burn oil. but its only sometime....like itll burn alot then next 5 mins it quits then it comes back. my compression on my motor is 200 psi across the board. and a brand new rebuilt head. this only happens after 20 mins of driving.

 

Headgasket sealing issues?

 

im pretty sure that isnt it. becuase when i swapped out the head the old a6 gasket was in perfect shape. i cleaned up teh block pretty good before putting on the new metal one. and wouldnt that drop my compression?(200 psi)

 

i dont know if this matters but i did a self valve adjustment ***** still tapping....but they are all to spec.

 

Adjust the valves, check your PCV valve to see if its clogged

 

the valves are adjusted did them last night...they tap i mean its quieter now but still a lil ticking...and where is teh pcv valve?
