Default help with troubleshooting clutch issue

Yesterday my clutch started acting funny. While the car is running it is now frequent to depress the pedal to the floor and the clutch will not fully disengage, so I cannot put the car in gear without grinding or rev matching, if it goes in at all. This is happening 3/4 of the time, and seems to get worse as the car has warmed up and been shifted more. Occasionally the problem goes away though. So far I have checked clutch and brake fluid levels, and both are fine, and have been for the 6 months I have owned the car. I have checked for leakage around the master and slave cylinders, and both are fine. And I have also checked and adjusted the pushrod from the pedal to the master cylinder. i am thinking that the throwout bearing is dying/dead, since the clutch does not slip at all. Or could this possibly be a bad master or slave cylinder even though there is not any leak? Just trying to get some opinions before I go buy parts and pull my tranny off.

Cliff notes: is my master cylinder possibly bad, or my throwout bearing?
