DOHC ZC help
hi im new to honda tech. and im looking for some help.
i just did a DOHC ZC swap in my 91 civic hatch and i ran into a few problems..first i got screwed..the guy who sold me it said it had stage 2 camS?, pistons, port and polished head and 12:1 compression. after taking the valve cover off and noticing the pm7 stamp i saw it was stock, heres the kicker though...when i have all the timing marks linned up i got NO POWER! i mean hold hte pedle to the floor for a sec and only get 1500prm...BUT!!...........if i take the intake cam and move it down 1 tooth i get power and it gets sluggish top end. no if these are stock cams should i be having this problem? would you reccomend adjustable gears? any help would be great thanks
