I remember reading a post about a PY 01 type r for sale in maryland. The car had 7k on it. It was posted on ebay about 3 months ago but didnt' sell. Ive put about everything in the search I can think of to find it. Anybody have a link?

I looking to sell mine. It's a 2001 PY with 9k miles on it, everything is still original including the washer fluid and wiper blades except the oil which is change every 6 months. I'm located in maryland.

word. You need a price to know if it's a good deal or not.

 

I know some fluid needs to be changed like probably the brake fluid, my point is the car is in mint condition. I have 2 other cars and an SUV so I rarely get to drive the R. The car has only been washed once and that was when i got it out of the dealership 4 1/2 years ago, I try to wax it every 3 months.It has never been rained on or even driven in a puddle of water. The finish feels like glass with all the wax coating. The front bumper has no stone chips, the seats are all like new and smells new, tire are like new. It think the only flaw is a 1/4" scratch on 1 of the wheels. It has always been garaged. I'm thinking of asking for about $22500.

 

Do not lower that price!!!

Ya might as well keep it for a few more years if it's not a financial burden.

 

I'm not really in a financial burden, that is just the price I have in mind if I'm gonna sell it. It doesnt really cost me a lot to keep the R since It's paid off and my insurance is not that expensive.

 

Sit on the caR and let it gain more value in the years to come.

And in a few years when I hit the lotto I'll be contacting you

I agree. Keep it mint and miles low.

And PLEASE do everything you can to protect it from getting stolen.

 

I might know of one in Ohio for sale here very soon. 2000 PY, 22K miles. Almost 100% stock.

what do you consider low mileage?

for 19k i think that will land you a decent itr with around 30k-40k miles.

 

im not too interested in selling mine, but i do like to hear offers...if the price is right i will get rid of it.
