OT: Differences between US and JDM

My neighbor is a pilot and is traveling to Japan in 2 weeks. He said he would be happy to pick up some JDM goodies at the honda dealer. Just a few questions. There are no differences between the JDM and USDM ITR ex. cams correct? How about clutch and LSD? Im trying to think of some goodies to get to put on my 00 Si. The only thing I can think of so far is a bunch of HAMP filters. If you have any other ideas for under $300, post here!

JDM FD w/ 1st gear... probably cheap than what they ask here in the U.S.

Man I was thinking the same thing. Since its sold here for $375 most of the time, that could fall in my $300 budget. If I decide on that, Id need to get some part numbers some how.
