Default How much boost can I apply to a stock 97 accord sohc vtec motor aka f22b2, HELP!!!!

Right now all I'm going to use is a apexi2 s-afc for fuel management with 440 injectors, also 12:1 regulator. within a month i will buy a ignition retarder from Msd,because Accords timing is so advance. The turbo that i'm using is a T-25 from the nissan 250z twin turbo. I've heard you can use only 10psi, is this true????

There are alotta threads on this topic. Ur engine is the f22b1, f22b2 is non vtec. The stock motor can handle up to about 15 but, you loose reliability. If your lookin for a daily driver and want to keep it around for a while then anywhere from 8-10 is fine. If you want more boost it can handle it but itle prolly only last a couple years, and thats with good tuning. Mangement should never be skipped on, just put together an uberdata setup w/wideband ull be happy there are so many maps for the accords now and i can help you. Its alot more fun when u have good tuning cuz less things break and u can run more boost.
