Alright, 90 hatch w/ b16.

Ran the car for 20 minutes, only the top radiator hose was hot.
Bottom didnt get get hot at all.

Fan didnt turn on. Coolant Temp on the guage showed halfway. (normal)

And the blower only blows cold air...

thats happening to mine, minus the lower rad hose not getting hot. both hoses are getting hot. Temp guage is reading normal. and my fan isnt kicking on.

 

 

ok, for hatchbox, first, i'd replace the thermostat, doesn't quite make sense, but its easy and cheap.

then make sure your heater hoses are hooked up right

then make sure that the underhood valve at the firewall thats connected to the heat dial moves when you turn it

after that, check for a clogged heater core.

pogiTSI, your problem sounds electrical. was your climate control replaced recently? one of the plugs could be not pushed in all the way on it. or your squirrel cage could be dead, or the easiest a blown fuse.
