Default need SOHC head help quick

How do you tell the diff between a z6 and y8 head because this kid sold me a z6 block and said the head was a y8 head.....but it had an obd 1 TD42U dizzy in it that lined up perfect.....it had the y8 cam gear on it....which is confusin me....the obd 1 dizzy doesn't line up right in the y8 head so it has to be the z6 head right?.....what parts AREN'T interechangeable between the z6 and y8 head?
please help guys I just bought this motor to rebuiild for turbo and replace the mioni-me in my crx thanx
Casey

On the front of the head, you should be able to see some numbers. One of those digits should be p08 for a z6 head. Parts should be interchangeable but since I haven't done it, i'm not 100% sure.

if the obd1 dizzy works with the head then its a z6. and the cam and everything else should be interchangeable.
