Default MPFI conversion HELP ASAP

yes i did a search, but i need to know what i need to do to convert a dx (dpfi) to mpfi using the si engine harness. im doing it for a friend and he kept the si harness on the motor and is trying to do it like that. he butchered all the under dash ecu plugs so using the dx harness prob wont be an option.

and why would he do this? There must be a really good reason for this. One, he really knew what he was doing and he needs no help: NO. Two, he needs help but forgot to ask around; maybe. He did something really stupid and he is stuck with a hacked up wiring job to do that won't even give him 20 hp; yes.

cliffs; he needs to ask around before messing around with his car.

Get the ecu diagram, and get soldering. Dont use a si eng harness in a dx car, it wont work.

I've been doing loads of searching for wiring and pin-outs for my 89 CRX stock harness... Last night I found in one of my old "Honda Tuning" magazines DPFI to MPFI wiring conversion. Just what you're lookin for! The issue's Headline was "To The Nines" and it was kind of a purple cover. I don't remember the issue number or date but I'm sure the HT website has the article in their archives. Also in that issue non-vtec to v-tec conversion.

Would that article work for the 89 & 90 Civic HB DPFI to MPFI?
Could you scan it for us to see?
