Check engine light........
well...most people try to find out what caused the problem first
I'm pretty sure you could find your answer after about 30 seconds of searching. Even more most auto parts stores will even scan and erase the codes for you for free.

Whenever the CEL is on, it indicates your car has problem(s). Even if you turn the light off without fixing the problem, the problem is still there, so what is the point? Well if you want to turn it off, take out negative ternimal of the battery for lil bit then put it back on (make sure you have the code for radio if you still using stock radio). Or you could pull out 7.5 radio fuse and put it back on after lil bit.

Theres is a likely chance that when you do turn your check engine light without fixing the problem. After the ecm runs tests and go through different loads the light will just probably comeon again or u might be lucky and it is just intermittent.

It's not the radio fuse in 6th gens. It's the Clock Back-up fuse.
