As some of you may know I was recently part of a loooong scammer story, and yes here I am again

I first talked to this guy a couple months ago about gsr disk brakes, but I came across a cheaper price so I took the cheaper price. I happened to need a p28 and mentioned it to him and he happened to have one, so feeling bad for not taking the brakes I bought the p28 ECU off him

Mar 24st - Paid for ECU $100 + $3 paypal fee
Mar 25th - "Shipped"
Apr 24th - Today, still nothing!

Ive emailed him throughout the whole process to see what was up, and no reply until a week or so ago I Im'd him and he finally replied and he said it should have arrived weeks ago (no ****), and he'd check the tracking # (which i dont know why he never gave me), and to today ive IM'd him almost everyday and emailed him enough times and no reply. I also did a quick search and found Im not the only one dealing with this guy

I wish luck to the other guys dealing with him as well, but Im here again asking for H-T's help, which i feel like a b!tch doing, but to sh!tty H-T sellers, wtf is your problems?!!?!?!?!?

What's with me and the luck with people who take FOREVER to ship stuff... ud think when you pay someone IMMEDIATELY you expect the same courtesy in return... my coilovers i bought took 2 months to get to me, FINALLY... now this is over a month and im still twiddling my fingers... keep ur heads up

 

i had a issue with him also he is very slow and doesnt care once he gets your money.

Yea it doesnt seem he does... from the threads ive read he acts like hes the busiest man in the world, we are all busy as well, i mean you cant take 30 seconds to reply to an email?! To him and stay away from him for future sales even if he does send you your item EVENTUALLY... whats with people being around all the time when they want money, the second they get it they f*ck off...

his name is Moses and he's from Portland, OR i still have the mount, in the box he sent me, i ended up not using it

Weird both incidents that happened to me are from portland OR ppl... trend? Yea it does suck, ive been waiting for a month+ now dying to do my project and this ECU is holding me back...

I hear some complaints about this guy taking forever... apparently things get there, but when is the question...

 

i got good and bad things to say about this guy..
#1) he doesnt apparently seem to be a scammer..
MANY people have bought from him and never really got a complaint about anyone not getting their stuff...
#2) i have heard however that this guy LAGS like crazy...
the guy has a lot of parts for sale, he works full time but also he has a pop-up blocker for whatever reason knowing that he deals with H-T'ers through those means...sure, he does go through AIM as well but cmon...PMing is fundamental...

it took me about 3 weeks to receive my cat+o2 sensor...he said it was due to some bolts that were stripped and he told me that before hand...and i was fine w/that...it was just when he stopped answering my pms and ims that i got kinda worried...he told me yeah the bolts were stripped but should be out in a couple of days...waited a week...pmed him and imed him a couple of times..nothin...i was like whatever man this is bs so i got kinda worried so i filed a claim w/paypal to get my money back.....i get awarded my money back but about 3 days after that he sends paypal the tracking # and a couple more days after that the box is at my door....
turns out that his paypal is kinda messed up right now ever since i filed the claim on him...a few other people had the same problem as you and i...he wouldnt respond and people were getting fed up...paypal put his account on hold and wouldnt let anyone put money in or out of it...i think it was ~3 people that filed a claim w/him but fortunately for the buyers, they all got tracking #s but unfortunately for lsvtech, he lost out on some cash and must rely on honest buyers to give the money back for their bought product...
so all in all, he is trustworthy i think..i have faith he will pull through...but WHEN is the question here...he is a pretty busy guy i guess..so if you have a project and you need parts fast...sorry to say...go w/another guy...he gives good deals tho...

as for your case..i dont know why he said shipped but nothing is at your door yet...
did you pm/aim him?

Being a seller, especially one that apparently mass distributes should have customer service at a priority, and ESPECIALLY when the customer pays RIGHT AWAY and expects the product RIGHT AWAY, i mean i told this guy more than a month ago i am on a time constraint and i needed it shipped out the next day, he said no worries... well.... as you can see now time management isnt a strong point with this guy... and as far as answering IM's with popup blocker, why is it all of a sudden AFTER i pay the guy his popup blocker decides to block IM's... he would anser IM's in NO TIME back in the day, now its a chore to get this guy.. and we are all busy people, you cant take a few minutes to keep customers up to date, even if its delayed or whatever reason you should keep the other side up to date to poor salesmen, will NEVER do business with this guy again no matter how good the product is or how much i saved, and btw i DID go with someone else and its on its way, should be here tomorrow (now THATS good business)

if you dont ever get your money back from him..ill pay you the 100 dollars myself
i owe him 100 bucks because he sent me the merchandise but his paypal is locked and i cant give him any money...so since he owes you an ecu or money ill hook you up directly...ill post it here so its not just based on the honor system...

give him another week or so..and let me get in contact w/him

thats very generous of you, and if you are willing to do it i think we can figure something out, he owes me $103 and the claim is pending, so ill give it a week or so i may just get the money back myself to u!
