The money sent via paypal was withdrew the day i sent it and yet no contact or info. on a tracking number, he reads my emails, but doesnt respond. Doesnt answer my IM"s, what the **** is going on?
Im also waiting on items from this guy/girl.
Im waiting on Si front LCAs and Si front sway bar.
Its only been 4 days for me, but what has me concerned is his lack of communication. He states in another thread ( ) that his IM weren't working, and that people should email him. I've sent 2 emails now and a few instant messages on AIM.
Im not expecting you to ship these items out immediately, I understand life, but communication is the key to online selling. At least let me know you got my payment and are going to ship soon.
If I dont hear from you by Friday morning, Ill go ahead and file a paypal claim and have my money returned and buy elsewhere...

it doesnt take 16 days to ship a set of headlights, cmon, 3-4 Days is the average. 16???? Gimme a break, this guy has scammed me and others and i wish he would just give me back my money.
Sounds like you need to calm down a bit I hate when people think everything has to be done right now right now give the man some time It's hard for me to get stuff sent out that same week. things come up. Don't get all bent out of shape over a week or even two give him some time everyone else said transaction went throught just ruff communication.
This guy is a SCAMMER!!!!
Lame *** has no other option in life other than to scam $100 at a time from people who work hard for what they buy. Im not even mad at him, I actually feel very sorry for him....just imagine if the only thing in life you were capable of was scamming people online....what a sorry person....he only has two options in his life:
1) eventually get caught by law enforcement for scamming, or
2) eventually get caught by someone he scammed.
For his sake, I hope its option 1.

Thats fine and all, everyone has things that come up, and thats understandable. The problem arises when there is no communication. If something comes up, simply email, or PM the people and let them know. This guy told me he would ship my stuff THE NEXT DAY, and since I paid on the 22nd, I've received ZERO communication, and I've left countless PMs, AIMs and e-mails.
Sellers: A simple way to avoid this is to remain in communication with the buyer and keep them informed of whats going on.

You do have a point, but a point that I must disagree with. Even with the worst case scenerio, a complete computer crash, you can always use a friends computer, a school computer or a public library computer to keep in touch. And besides, this isn't the case with this guy, he is, in fact, still selling to other people....lol, so he definately has computer access.
Not a big deal to me anyway, just wanted to make the point. I filed a paypal claim, and if I get my money back, great, and if not, its only $150, im glad it wasn't anything REAL big.
The sad thing is that I will no longer buy from anyone on H-T unless I can pick it up in person.
