Default big difference between T3-T04e .60 vs .50 compressor?

I got a 57trim T3-T04e with .50 compressor and .63 hotside. I was wondering if I'm missing anything by having a .50 and not a .60 compressor? This is going on a stock LS motor by the way, and I plan on pushing about 10-12psi on 91 pumpgas.
