bye bye crx

so i started to drive my car today and when i hit my exit all i hear is a big BAM. smoke next thing i know it i have a golf ball size hole in my block. motor blew. say goodbye to the sohc zc and now i gatta sell my car. so for now i gatta let go of the crx, but i know ill be back. they always will.. ill get pictures up as soon as i can.

Is that on a a stock engine? Thats odd if it is.

Sucks to hear man.

Time to get an engine swap, this just gave you a reason. DOHC ZC now?

Dude, just get a new SOHC ZC longblock.. they go for dirt cheap, even on http://www.hmotorsonline.com, $390 gets you a new one with low miles.

Why did this happen, was the motor abused?

not really i inspected the bottom end and cylinder 2 droped the rod. and i have the hf motor in but can't get it to run and i don't have the funds to do anything with it. spent it all on the other motor.

so what do you want 4 the car ?
