Built H22-505 whp and 378 ft-lbs at 21 psi
Here is my dyno chart from today's tuning:
All runs were on 112 oct. Run 12 and 15 is at 21 psi. Run 1 is at 15-16 psi, which I run on the street. I let off too early on Run 15. The a/f curve is actually richer (11.2-11.5:1) according to my FJO wideband O2. Timing was conservative, 19 degrees at 21 psi. Also, the spark was getting blown out anything past 21 psi so I know 600 whp is attainable with higher boost. I was going to crank it up to 28-30 psi. I had my plugs gapped to 0.018" even with the MSD 6A and Blaster 2 coil. I guess it times to go coil on plug.

'97 Base tranny w/Quaife
Wiseco Pistons-8.5:1 compression
Crower I-beam rods
'99 H22A4 head-PnP by Portflow w/Ferrea valvetrain (0.5mm oversized SS valves, springs, Ti retainers)
stock cams
T4 SC61 S-cover/69 trim exhaust with 0.68 a/r
Custom manifold, 3" downpipe/exhaust , and 2.5" IC piping
Tial 40mm WG and 50mm BOV
PTE 600 hp intercooler
PTE 1000 cc/min injectors
Aeromotive A1000 (sumped stock tank), -8AN feed and stock return
AEM EMS
FJO wideband
MSD 6A, wires, Blaster 2 coil
I built the engine/car, fabricated the turbo system, and tuned it. The car has full interior, a/c (missing a/c line in pics because I messed it up putting in radiator), and P/S. Here are some pics under the hood:

This setup looks good and its very interesting..but I have some questions:
1) You mentioned you run 14-15psi on the street...is this with 93 oct.?
2) is the 1/4 in your sig the time you did with this power?
3) how is the power in the low end when you're not in boost with those 8.5:1 pistons, is it still a decent low end?
4) I noticed the dyno graph looks like you have your cutoff at around 7400rpm...but it looks like you would have continued making power up to 8k, is there a reason for this?
5) What kind of headgasket you running?
Otherwise looks good

1. Yes, pump gas (93 oct.)
2. The time in the sig is at 23 psi with a real shitty 60' (1.9's). I'm breaking loose 24.5" slicks in 1st and 2nd gear and I'm not 2 stepping at the line. I wasn't able to dyno at 23 psi because of said misfire. And when I tried to run it again at 23 psi it was cutting in and out.
3. Low end isn't that bad. Not as reponsive as 9.0:1 or even 10.0:1 but all I have to do is apply more throttle and build up boost.
4. I usually rev it to 8000 rpm (~7600 actual) but during the dyno session, I was getting misfires up top on some runs and didn't like what I was seeing so I took it easy on the motor. Hopefully with new ignition setup I'll get cleaner passes.
5. Stock headgasket and ARP headstuds. The sleeves have been o-ringed and I used copper spray.

That's a good quality Advanced Autoparts cap (Borg Warner maybe?)
. I replaced the cap and rotor before I dynoed. I didn't have time to get a OEM Honda one. With the 6A, I don't eat through rotors. I've used one for 25k miles (before recent change), but it did have corrosion on it.

Looking at your TQ curve reminds of Jeff F. (AbaZ) H22 build when it first hit the dyno with vtec set a little too high (5200ish). You could see the low cam TQ peak and flatten out, then a rather large jump up at crossover like yours.
On the 2nd dyno visit with vtec set at 4500 is was a seamless crossover w/ TQ steadily increasing.
Looks like yours is set at 5600. Just a guess, but it looks like 5200 would show some modest TQ gains w/ your current setup.

Those are dissappointing numbers for me...because I was hoping to get high 11's with a setup similar to that. However, I've seen a few ludes around 390-400whp w/ slicks running the same as you...without the LSD. Maybe its a 5th gen thing?

Is the AC system intact? Because the upper AC line is not hooked up but your still powering the compressor?
If not then just remove that upper AC line instead of heat wrapping it when it doesnt do anything.

Thanks leed. I really didn't mess around with the vtec settings. Next time around, I'm going to adjust it to eliminate the dip. You are almost correct though. I have the engagement at 5300 rpm.

I still need more seat time/practice. My 60'/launch sucks and I need to get it lower. I'm going to try to get it down to 1.8's or better and launch harder out the hole. The run in my sig wasn't a clean pass as it was breaking up on the top end. Also, my car weighs around 3000 lbs, maybe more, as it is full interior with speaker system in the back and nothing removed from the factory except the EVAP system.
Muckman...The A/C is still intact and fully functional. I just happened to bust a leak in that line showing in the pics because I was trying to get the radiator in before the dyno appt. I'm going to get the lines modified/rewelded to allow clearance for the radiator. As you can see, I have barely any room.
