93 civic ex b18b swap want start got fuel and spark

got swap done but want start fuel pump works 40 psi on fuel gauge got spark cel codes 16 and 41 need some help

41 is o2...and 16 is an injector problem I THINK....not sure...check your timing...
but if i'm correct on the 16 CEL..thats proboly why...thats my .02...
