Hi all.. I have some issues that need clarity
1.I get shocked when i put my hand on top of the dizzy...This is an msd set-up...
2.failed smog due to high nox at 15mph hcs just barley failed.and co was below max. 25 mph was way better.
3.Will a three way cat reduce hc's and co's better than a two way cat?
Any info on these three things will be greatley appreciated ty hondatech!!

mods on car? what engine? blah, blah, blah....

 

gsr engine I/H/E. msd. valve lash is .007 int/.009 exh. the smog was done on a two way cat so i know i need a three way cat instead. thank you.
