So what is the difference between the spark plug wires of an S, Si and VTEC? Is it the connector to the distributor or something else like length etc?

Reason I ask is because a guy on the local forums is selling brand new MSD wires for 10 bucks but they are for 93-01 Prelude VTEC’s.

 

the vtec head is taller non vtec wires dont reach the spark plugs of a vtec motor

What about the S and Si. I assume that the Si would be longer then the S since the head is a little taller then the S. So it would be in order of longest to shortest VTEC>Si>S?

So I could use the VTEC ones on my Si and it would just be a little longer, but if I tried to use the Si ones on the VTEC it would be to short correct?

 

sounds rite to me but i've only been under the hood of a 4th gen like 2 times i dont know the differences between s or si only the vtec one

 

Alright well at 10 bucks it's an easy check and if it doesn't work I'm sure I could resell it for a little profit
