can anyone fab up some forks and lcas?

im wondering if anyone can fab up some dropforks and rear pro-arms. heres a pic of the suspension techniques.
these lower your car about 1.5-2 (cant remember) while still using stock shocks and springs.

why? there are lots of short body coilovers and shocks that work perfectly.

All I have left are the front forks for 96 - 98 Civic, New in the ST box $360.00 US plus shipping.
