I think he's saying remove one of the perches so you have an extra 1/4" of lowering?

Not sure.

At 3/4 way down, my front bumper is 3" off the ground. If I go all the way, I can easily do 2" off the ground and tuck my 13s. Omni and OEM struts. I raised it back up to stock height though, streets and inclines have no mercy.

From my experience with KYB AGX shocks, they don't deal well in slammed applications. They're great shocks for stock or mild drops, but they will probably resist you lowering the car 4 inches and, even if they don't, they'll blow out relatively soon thereafter because of the stress.

I would reconsider.

well i have the Agx on dropzone coilovers dropped about 3.5 all around with a remove perch in the rear and the bottom perch threaded down a little lowere, ive got the front perches up about 3/4 inch, my shocks are doing fine, i broke one taking the nut of to take the perch out the rod nut snapped off, so its my fault but other than that i love em

Do KYB's have different places you can mount the lower support onto the shock? On my Konis they sit on a snap ring, and there are different grooves on the body of the shock that I can put the snap ring in, depending on how low I want the car.

If they are progressive spring rates, then you could chop off a dead coil.

Take the top perch off and just leave the bottom one. I did it on my crx with my coilovers because I ran into the same problem.

Looks like your coilover is upside down. I think your car looks clean w/ that drop.

Lots of people put the sleeve upside down so you can thread the perches down as far as you want.
