Default power loss when hot

ok the car can run all day and when i turn it off fr 20 min, and let heat saturate it, then go drive again, the first 30 sec its got NO power. and its also lacking about 30HP the rest of the time. i checked comporession and i got 200-225 all across and the plugs are light grey on the tips. i was thinking the cat might be the problem, but i checked temp before and after the cat and theres 100 degree difference. do u think the cat is clogged anyqways? what else do u think could cause this problem ? BTW its a b16

Yeah, I ran straight header once... Be prepared to take about 40 Tylenol with you...you WILL get a headache after about 14.538 seconds of driving it.

Bottom End? What bottom end? I went from like 1k to 4k in about 10 minutes

Top End? 4k to 8200 in .2 seconds
