Default New to autocross, need advice

Hey ya'll! I'm not new to the import scene, but have never raced on a street track before and don't know a whole lot about suspension and tires. Here's my setup 94 gsr turbo, suspension- skunk2 front and rear springs (2.5f, 2.25r), 4 way kybs, stock sway bars and only a stock front strut bar. I daily drive with 17s, but purchased some jdm crimson sparco rims for street racing. They're 15x6.5 I believe and weigh 8-10lbs each. Is this a good/decent suspension for track racing? I'm installing a 23mm rear sway bar with a tie bar this weekend and a password rear upper bar. I guess I just need to know about tires... the sparcos are a 32mm offset and I need to know the widest tire I can run without scraping. What's r, h, and s compunds I keep reading about? Thanks for you time and patience with a noob! Anything else anyone wants to let me know about track racing would be much obliged!
