Default Spark Plugs...Which do you guys run?

Well after searching and discussing this with another buddy of mines, where does every one set their gap at and what plugs do you guys run? I usually use the bkr7e-11's from Ngk with stock gap, Everything seems to be ok for about 5psi of boost on a b20Vtec with a gsr head. The only thing is that im using Skyline injectors now that is 440cc and plus im running it with the fuel turned down almost all the way on a vafc with 43psi of fuel, This is fouling out the plugs, so the next thing to do is take off the FMU and see what happens with a brand new set of the same plugs, any suggestions? Should i keep the plugs at the stock heat range which is 6 for better burning of the fuel or should i stay with the 7's and do a closer gap? Thanks guys!

Your spark plugs aren't the problem. You need to Ditch the AFC/FMU and get some good fuel management.
