Default HELP!!!terrible squeel only on take off from dead stop. i know its not the access. belts

so its not my ps, or alt/ac belt. been driving like this for the last 3 months. when i try to rev match this will happen. but lets say i slowly launch the sound is short not even noticeable but when i try to rev match slowly its like listening to scratching nails on chalk board.

so could it be that my clutch disc/flywheel is warped? replaced my clutch about a year ago close to year and a half. resurfaced flywheel back then, 6 puck non sprung clutch specialties on daily driver. i don think ill go back to 6 puck for a daily driver after this.

anyone ever run into this problem. any help is greatly appreciated.

I had that same issue several months back. I removed the clutch, cleaned the flywheel really well again and it went away. I, however, did not resurface the flywheel when I replaced the clutch about 3 months prior. My guess is clutch/flywheel, likely the contact surface between the two.

You're missing the Pilot bearing in your flywheel.

i dont think its the pilot bearing why would it all of a sudden start happening?

and only on rev matching if it were the pilot bearing wouldn't it happen when i just release the clutch.

i think ill just wing it out and buy new clutch when all my parts for rebuild is in.

Also check your engine mounts. Make sure they are tight and in good condition.

Does that car have an automatic belt tensioner? Check the bearing on it and if it has the red death then the bearing is bad...

It's a common problem among 6puck unsprung clutches. Mine does the same. It'll squeal when trying to feather the clutch, try letting out the clutch slowly in every gear, same thing should happen. Just adjust your driving.
