y8 head on zc bottom end?

like the title states can a y8 head fit onto a zc small block?

I think it can, but I'm not sure about valve clearance since D16's can't use D15 pistons. Bump for someone who knows for sure...

yes you can use the d16 head on the zc in fact that will raise you compresion ration to about 11.1:1 or something like that but there is enough clearance

because I may a ZC motor with a bad valve in the head. I need a quick fix.
