FS: some of my JDM BLING (again)...Carbon-Kevlar Recaro and Sony 2-DIN headunit
OK, I've decided to put this stuff up for sale (again); if there aren't any takers, then I'm hanging on to it.
*** DON'T BOTHER TO LOWBALL ME ***
First up is my carbon-Kevlar Recaro bucket seat. OEM seat for the FD3 RX-7 (RZ model), ultra rare piece of JDM bling:
I have <u>ONE SEAT, without any rails.</u> Excellent condition, no tears in the fabric.
This shell is VERY LARGE AND WIDE. If you are under 180lbs, this seat is probably too big for you. I am 6'1", 190lbs. and it fits me just about perfect. It does NOT have a FIA certification; Recaro only made a handful of these seats (same as with the seats for the NSX-R), and apparently didn't want the expense of gaining FIA certification for such a limited run. I have not tried to mount the seat, but my plan was to have a set of custom brackets machined for the bottom mount (using the existing holes).
The seat is located in So. Cal at the moment; I can ship it via UPS but it will cost at least 75 bux, due to the size of the box and insurance value.
Also selling my top of the line, Sony 2-DIN headunit (WX-7700MDX). Plays MD/CD. Internal 4x52W amp. All sorts of DSP and chit.
MOTORIZED FLIP DOWN FACEPLATE:
Color display has DOZENS of variations; I made mine match my Spoon cluster
Since this is a Japanese-market unit, the FM band does not work here; you will need a BAND EXPANDER. I don't listen to the radio so it's not an issue for me.
<u>Unit is in mint condition, and includes the remote control,</u> which is used to access a lot of the DSP functions:
Payment via money order or certified check. No Paypal. I have TONS of references on H-T, so just ask away
